Our goal is to make sure you have the best possible experience with Psor-D®.

General return policy

Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements), items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

If you change your mind, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the situation.

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

How to request a return

To request a return, please contact us by email and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

Once approved, you will receive further instructions.

Return conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Be securely packaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Psor-D® is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Hygiene & safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used supplements.

If a returned product is found to be opened or used, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Lost shipments

If your order has not arrived, please contact us at: support@psor-d.com

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the shipment cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refund process

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
