Psor-D® offers dietary supplements.

All products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging.

Psor-D® products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Orders & agreement

An agreement is concluded once the customer completes an order and payment is successfully confirmed.

Psor-D® reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or incorrect information.

5. Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments can be made through the available payment methods on the website.

6. Shipping & delivery

Orders are processed and shipped from within the EU.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

Psor-D® is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

Customers have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Liability

Psor-D® is not liable for:

  • Incorrect use of products
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Individual reactions to supplements

Customers are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional where necessary.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including branding, images, and text, is the property of Psor-D® and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch and European Union law.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands or the country of the consumer, where applicable.
